The damage done is eliieily in (.'lie brewery tower. There was great excitement in the Albert Jlutel adjoining the brewery. All the visitors were aroused, and Sir. James Shaw, Mayor of Adelaide, who was ill, was carried to a place of safety. A glass dome of the roof of the hotel- was cracked by the heat and fell. It narrowly missed' falling on a group of people,' Other, wise the hotel was little damaged.
iirMil/JDGD BOYS. Dunedin, Friday. In the .Juvenile Court, this morning three boys were charged with placing a log on the railway line and with throwing stones at a train. They were also' accused of theft. All were sent to an Industrial School. Another boy, charged with shifting the points at MoSgie] and causing an engine to be thrown off the line, was admonished and diseharg ed, as he had a good record, and the offence was apparently the outcome of a boyish impulse.

The scow llnere, which arrived at Hokianga from Wellington recently and which was loading timl>er for Ajuckiland, was blown ashore at Omapere, on the south of the harbor in a north-westf gale, last night. The. vessel is ou a' sandy bottom, and is apparently \m-f damaged.
