On Saturday, August. Ist, Mr" Ncwtira King will sell by auction at his mart a nice farm adjoining Okato township, on account of the late W. D. Harrod's estate. This is a splendid little property, all level and in grass, with the exception of several pretty clumps of native bush reserved for shelter.

At Oakura on Monday Mr. Newton King will hold an unreserved sale, on account of Messrs. Sefton Bros. Anyone wanting really good dairy stock or horses will lind it to their advantage to attend this sale.

During next week Mr. Newton King will hold clearing sales down tile coast as follows:—At Oakura, on Monday, on account of Messrs. Sefton Bros.; at Okato on Wednesday, on account of Messrs. Oil! Bros.; and ,on Friday at

TaUu'aimaka, on account of Mr. W. E. Rowlands. Anyone wanting good dairy cows or farm stock should make a point of attending those sales'. At the Pantechnicon, King Street, tonight the members of the local Boxing Association, assisted by the Mangorei Club, will hold, an open night. All .Maoris attending the Land Court arc cordially invited to be present. A reminder is given of the clearing sale of dairy cattle, farm implements, and sundries, to be held by Messrs. Vickers & Stevens on account of Mr. C. Ma:lon, on his farm at Waitui, on Tuesday next, -is Mr. Martin'has sold the farm, the cows, which are a nice lot, arc for absolute sale. On Monday next Messrs. Vickers & Stevens will hold a clearing sale on kecount of Mr. A, Lindsay, on his farm on the Hursthouse road. Mr. Lindsay has a line herd of cows, and as ho is giving up dairying, everything will be sold without reserve, as advertised. Tffssrs. Vickers & Stevens will oiler a part of Mr. R. Stevens' farm for sale at their mart to-day. This is a splendid property, and is recognised us the best farm in the block. It comprises 150 acres, and will be ottered in one or two lots if desired. The attention of our readers is called to the sale of .Mrs. Cernhoefer's butchers plant and properly, to be held by Messrs Vickers & Stevens on Saturday next. On Thursday next Messrs. Vickers & Stevens will 'hold a clearing sale for Mr. 3. Brown, on the Rugby Road. Mr. Brown has sold his farm. Everything is for sale as advertised. On Friday next Mr. Newton King will sell b'y auction at the Tiniarii bridge, Oakura, 10,000 feet of timber on account of Mr. .11. (Irayling, who has finished bis contract.
