MONDAY, JULY 27. NEWTON KING JTAS received instructions from Messrs. J. and T. Sefton, who have sold their farm, to sell by auction. WITHOUT, KESERVE, on"the farm; Oakura, on above date, all their dairy and farm stock, consisting of:— AS selirted cows, 2nd to 4th calvers, to calve September and October 17 2-year-old empty heifers 33 mixed yearlings 1 18 moßths Shorthorn bull 4U (i to fan. ewes in lamb, 2 rams 1 light draught mare in foal, 1 4-year-old %-draught mare, 1 2-year draught gelding (unbroken), 1 yearling draught filly, dray, Cambridge roller, Hornsby Plough, harrows, milk cans, etc.,' saddle, side-saddb, tools, household furniture and ' sundries.
These cows can be thoroughly recow mended,' Messrs. Sefton Jiros. bavin; been farming at Oakura for thirty year* during which time they have not had clearing sale, but have carefully cullo each year.
