OTIKA MEN RESUME WORK. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Friday. The president of the Trades Council's Conference has received a telegram staling that work has been resumed at Otira to-day. The unauthorised action of the overseer, who has since been removed, caused the trouble. The Union was not consulted before the men struck. AUCKLAND TRAMWAY SETTLEMENT. Auckland, Last Night. The Special Board constituted under the Conciliation and Arbitration Act (wit'li Dr. McArthur, S.M., as chairman) to consider the tramway dispute, delivered its finding this afternoon. All of the demands of the men were conceded, with (he exception of tliat demanding so-called "blacklegs" should not be re-instated,
