HYDATIDS IX RABBITS. Sydney, July 23. A statement was made at the Macouanie Shire Council meeting that many of the rabbits sent to Sydney for "consumption were suffering from hydatids. A councillor declared that he would sooner take a bottle of strychnine than eat a rabbit at the present time. He knew two rabbitcrs who had contracted the disease.
