ANOTHER, OFFICER KILLED. Constantinople, July XI. Four young oJlicors of; the garrison at Seres killed their colonel.
It transpires that General Heydfs was not killed as was reported, but severely wounded. \ The garrison at Tikvcsh has joined the Young Turkey, Party. London, July 21. The troops at Adrianople are aisaffected. They complain of their pay being in arrears and other grievances.
