Received 20, 10.12 p.m. London, July 20. vi' ."alter Runciman, Minister for | Education, in a Speech at Newsburn, said the Government adheres to the principles of the Education Bill, but not to all details. There could be na settlement while Anglicans and Catholics persistently adhered to every artificial privilege tiliey possessed. The settlement must be on a basis of religious equality.
