The turn in the voting has surprised everyone. Now that the Jlarylebone Club has made it possible for the counties to reconsider the matter, it would be unfortunate to miss the opportunity of righting themselves with Australia. Notts, Gloucester, and some minor counties have passed resolutions in favor of an Australian team's visit, j Marylebone is awaiting a. tion from five comities which is necessary to bring about the convention of a meeting of the Association.
