ACTION AGAINST CONEUA. By Telegraph.—Press ABBOclaUon, Westport, Last Night, iu tin; charge ot alleged perjury against Conelly, Ander* Anderson (who is under sentence for tlio manslaughter of lfcmrkc) gave evidence to-day. He alleged t'hat he never saw Bourkc m his life, and enw Conelly for the fifrt time during the ftsh-suop row u *ouple of hours a/tor the time Conelly alleged lie saw him assault Bomkc. Anderson traced his own movements from 7 p.m. till 11 p.m., declaring he was never in the vicinity of the place where.Bourke was found dying. Anderson was under examination for live hours.
Ilalincn, tlie second prisoner, also gave evidence, corroborating that ot Anderson.
