DIFFERENCES AMONG THE ADMIRALS. London, July 14. In the House of Commons, Mr. McKenna stated in reply to Lieutenant Bellairs that the Admiralty considered tie incident relating to Admiral Scott'a signal of last November closed. Mr. MeKenna, in reply to Mr. Lee, slid it would be the work of the Government to compos;' any of tlic alleged existing differences in the Navy. These appeared to have been more emphasised by the press than was in the Iciist call- | ed for, and, as far as the Admiralty was concerned, they were based on unverified rumor, lie added that the differences Ihad already yielded to a more satisfactory state of things.
