AERIAL WARSHIPS.
• BRITAIN'S UNSAFETY. London, July IS. Major-General Baden-Powell declares that the national safety requires the immediate allocation of £IOO,OOO for aerial flight research and the building oi aerial warships.
GERMANY ALEUT. London, July 12. The Daily Mail's Berlin correspondent reports that Germany will shortly possesß six dirigible airsiips, including two of Count Zeppelin's. If Count Zeppelin succeeds in making a twentyfour hours' flight, twelve similar airships will be ordered to protect the North Sea coast.
