AMUSEMENTS.
At the Theatre Royal skating rink night (under the patronage of the British and Tarauaki football teams) a grand fancy dress and poster carnival will be licld. Theve are numerous competitions to be held and prizes will be awarded to the winners. The carnival will conclude with a grand march and battle of flowers. It is expected there will be a large attendance, as the scene will be a most animated one and plenty of amusement will be provided.
