THE URAND PRIX DE i'RAScE. Pans, July 7. The motor race for the Urand Prix run at Dieppe ehieily interested Continental competitors. The winner, Jti. (Juyot, covered 288 miles in a Deluge Voirhirettes car, his speed averaging nearly 50 miles an hour, Ihe competition for the Urand l'rix do France came oil' to-duy. The win. ner was Lautcr Schlageiic, who drove a Jlerccdes car. The ground was uneven. Harrison, mi English competitor in n Wiegcl ear, was overturned in a ditch. He was taken to a hospital for treatment.
AN EVENTFUL, RUN. Received Bth, 11.18 p.m. Paris, July 8. The eonrse of tJic Grand Prix do France" was 478 miles. The time of the winning ear was (1 hours 45 minutes 43 seconds. Cis Sac, driving a Panh'nrd-Lcvassor cur, and his mechanician, were killed. A tyro burst when (he car was going at the rate of 80 miles nn hour. The car 'ran into some neighboring trees.-
