SOIDIERS COMMIT UREAT CRUELTY. Received 3rd, 5.15 p.m. \ Mexico, July 2* The Mexican Government made an offer of £3O for all rebels, dead or alive. The oiler caused the soldiers to commit great cruelties, killing many innocents.
