OUTBREAK. IN MEXICO. 100 INSUItUENTS KILLED. THOUSANDS ON THE MARCH. Received 30th, 'J.IS p.m. Mexico, June 30. A disquietening revolutionary outbreak haa occurred in Mexico. One hundred insurgents were killed "while attempting to capture Lasvagas. Rebels captured the towns of Jimiiiez and Matamoros, and thousands are marching upon Torreor.
