By Telegraph.—Press Association. t Gore, Last Night. C. G. Thurston was charged before Justices this morning on three informations—attempted murder, discharging a gun with intent to harm S. J. Leahy, and doing actual harm to Owen Swan llie police intimated that the first charge
would not be proceeded with,, and o tile others he was remanded till t( morrow on hail. T.ciliy and Swa visited Thurston's place on the. 17th Thurston and his wife were quarre ling, and took the wife's part It IS alleged that in revenge Thursto filed after Leahy and Swan, and ver slight injuries were . inflicted'.
