VICTORIAN RAILWAY DISASTER
FAULTY SIGNALLING. Melbourne, June 20. ■At the Braybi'Ook inquest the jury discovered that a Block Register showed that the conditions similar to those which led to the disaster were of frequent occurrence. The line was given as "clear" instead of what is known as the "one-five"' signal being up. 'This had happened On three previous occasions in one month. Altogether there had been eighteen such cases.
