The Judge said that apparently the boy was not understanding the proceedings. He had been born m unhappy circumstances, and had lived 111 tile baeltblocks all his life. With the consent of his parents tile boy was handed over to the Neglected Childrens Department, and a "nolle prosequi" was entered.
