THE PERSIAN UPHEAVAL.
POLICY OF BRITAIN AND RUSSIA. London, June 25. Router's Agency states: We understand that Britain and llussia do not intend to interfere in Persia's internal affairs. They have intimated to tlioße concerned that they must not reckon on any support in attempts to upset tlie present dynasty or interfere witn the popular Assembly at Teheran.
EXECUTION OF REFORMERS. Teheran, June 25. Many more reformers have been arrested here. Several more have been executed, including the editor of a weekly paper. The city is quiet again. Workmen are demolishing Parliament buildings. CALLING PARLIAMENT TOGETHER AGAIN. BRITAIN AND RUSSIA'S SUGGESTION. Received 27th, 12,10 a.m. London, June 26. Britain and Russia suggested to tin Shall of Persia that he issue a proclamation announcing that he did not desire to abolish the Constitution.
The Shah gave full assurances that he would do so. Later the Shah received some of the deputies ivlio expressed regret at the anarchy in the country. The Shah then issued writs calling Parliament together.
