GOVERNMENT HOUSE NEARLY EEADY, Bv Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The transformation of Government House into Parliamentary quarters if riow complete. With the exception of a few finishing touches both Chambers ana the rooms of the Ministers and their, stall's, i are all ready. The chairs of members are already in position in the Council and Assembly Chambers. TUo carpets are down; press and other ga:-| I cries are rcadv; and the work of Parliament could begin to-morrow morning if necessary. By this evening all thje, corridors will be carpeted. Some of the rooms are already in the occupation ot the officials of the House. The Hansard room will be finished this even ng, ana the newspaper press room is quite ready, provision being made for twenty news-, paper representatives.
