LOSS OF THE BEGA.
JIARIXI-: COt'RT'S ITXDING. | Received 21st. 5.2 p.m. Sydney, June 21. The Marine Court found that the immediate cause of the loss of the Begj. was the presence of water in the ship, but how it got there was a mystery. The captain and oflicers. when they realised the danger, did all possible to save life. The Court was not satisfied there had lieen improper stowage of cargo.
