Wanganui, Last Night. Sir Joseph Ward arrived from New Plymouth hy to-night's train, lie left again by a goods train for Palmerston, wheic lie will catch the early niornin,train for Wellington. With the exception ot a visit to Wairarapa next week, tile Premier will settle down in Wellington till after the session.
