On June 11th a working bee. composed of the residents living up the Durham Koad West, was engaged in repairing the road. Lately the Taranaki County Council's stone-crushing plant has Ix'en engaged opposite Mr. Fitzherliert's house. Most of the metal was used to repair the old Mountain Eoad.
