A SENSATIONAL DESCENT. I/>ndon, June 10. Two ladies intended to make a double dewent from » balloon at Longton, Staffordshire. One of the parachutes b*came entangled in the cording of the balloon. The ladv on this parachute extricated herself from it, and at an altitude of UJOOO f«t made a flying leap for her companion. The leap succeeded, and both descended on the one parachute.
