RUSSIA'S FINANCES.
A BIG LOAN ANTICIPATED. EFFECT OK THE ANGLO RUSSIAN' ENTENTE. Received 12th, 12.12 a.m. London, June 11. The Chronicle states that five million sterling of bar gold is being sent from I London to St. Petersburg this week.
