ARBITRATION COURT ORDER. Per Press Association. Cliristehineh, Last Nh'ht The application by the Blackball Union to remove the order made by the Arbitration Court (directing the individual members of the Union to pav the fine imposed on the Union) into the Supreme Court, came before his Honor Mr Justice Denniston this morning, and was adjourned to enable all th e members of he Arbitration Court to be served wit,, the necessary notice. The motion n moving to have the order quashed on th-'i ground that the Curt had no power to make it. '
