AMERICAN RAILROAD IN DIFFICULTIES. Received 10th, 10.7 p.m. New York, June 10. A receiver has been appointed in connection with the Wheeling and Lake Erie railroad, which owes the American Car Wheels' Company five and a-hall millions sterling.
