SPECIAL FINANCE COMMITTEE'S REPORT. Received 4th, 11.21 p.m. London, June 4. Viscount Morley's committee on Indian railway finance and administration (which includes Sir James Mac-kav. chairman, Sir Feliv Schuster, and sir David Barbour) unanimously reported in favor of an annual expenditure for the next eight years of twelve and ~-half million sterling on railway construction and development, by raising nine millions in London in normal years and the balance in India.
