AS ANARCHIST ARRESTED.
Received 31st, 4.46 p.m. Rome, May 30. Paul Nickolaus, an engineer, of Charlottenburg, ha* been arrested at iJari. He described himself as an anarchist and declares that he followed the Kaiser t° the Mediterranean intending to kill a personage in the Kaiser's suite. The police suspect that he intended to attempt the life of the Kaiser. i
