SEDITION IN INDIA.
London, May 28. Advices from Allahabad state that (lie publisher of a newspaper called the Yungantar has been sentenced to 23 ninths' imprisonment and fined 1000 rupees for publishing seditious articles. Karl Minto has forwarded to Lord Morley a stringent Explosures Bill, based on the English Act. The highest Indian opinion holds (hat the seriousness of the crisis is imperfectly appreciated in England and that tile Viceroy ought to bo given a free band with regard to necessary measures.
