All the Mohmiuuls have submitted. The Indian Government is preparing a stringent Press Bill. The Utmankel tribesmen have lost a hundred men in the recent fighting. They tendered their submission, offering to pay for any fino demand. They numbered 3000. Their position was easily taken by the 53rd Sikhs, who seized the crests of the lulls. " Tho tribesmen were exposed to shrapnel, Maxims, and magazine rillo tiro.
