THE COMMONWEALTH POSTAL SERVICE. Melbourne, May 27. The report, of the Ministerial Committee of Inquiry into the alleged disorganisation of the postal service lias been tabled in the House. It recommends a scheme of roforms including the appointment of an independent Board of Commissioners, a new system of finance, and more business-like methods of administration. It states that a very large proportion of the complaints are baeed upon incorrect information and exaggerated misrepresentation of facts.
