HIS VISIT TO THK CZAR. Received 21st, 10.1" p.m. London, May 21. Tiu' Foreign Oflice announces . that King Edward is paying a State visit to ■ the C'zar. He reaches Reval in the Royal yacht Victoria anil Alln-rt, escorted by two cruisers, 0 n June 9th. This is the first official visit his Majesty has been able to pay since his accession to the throne to the Kmperor of Russia, to whom lie is closely allied'byties of friendship and near relation! ship.
