Sir Williamson states that he believes the Drury lane people played "Mother Goose" in 1902, but the "Mother Goose" which he played, and for which he bought the rights from the author, was first produced in Manchester in 1908. He fails to see where the Drury Lane claim comes in. AUSTRALIAN BUDGET. Melbourne, May 21. Sir William Lyne brought down additional estimates of expenditure totalling £571,000. He estimates the revenue at £15,315,000, leaving a surplus to be returned to the States of 1*9,169,000.
