EGYPTIANS' PROTEST. Cairo, May 18. Six thousand landowners and notables held a meeting at Alexandria and resolved to cable tu Sir Edward Cirey protesting against the continuance of the British occupation of Egypt and demanding fulfilment of the promise to evacuate.
