THE BOMB IN INDIA.
AN OUTRAGE IX CALO'IITA. Received 17th, 4.1 4p.m. Calcutta, May Hi. A cart, striking them, exploded bombs wrapped in paper, which had been laid on a tramline in Calcutta. Four natives were seriously injured. Notices in Bengali were previously distributed, warning natives not to enter first-class tramcars, because it was intended to destroy them.
