EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION'S ATTITUDE. Per Press Association. Dunedm, Last Night. At a meeting of the Otago Employers' Association to-day, a telegram waa received from the secretary of the Advisory Board of the Employers' Federation in Wellington suggesting that as the Minister of Labor had undertaken to bring in amended legislation for the purpose of preventing aiding and abetting of strikes, the Federation reframed from making a test case in the meantime.
After a full discussion, the following lcsolution was carried, and will be forwarded to the Federation:—''ThaL thu Minister's assurance be accepted, and that the Federation refrain from takins the proposed proceedings 011 the understanding that 111 the event of adequate legislation not being passed and another st ike occurring, the Government will take proceedings to test the existing law in "^2!^ "" """'"I!
