THE SYDENHAM CASE.
CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER. Per Press Association. Christc'nurch, Last Night. William Alexander Robinson uml Margaret Savage were charged before Mr. TT. W. Bishop,_ S.M., this morning, that witliin tlie space of three weeks past at Svilcnliani they, lint omitting to provide medical assistance and proper care ! and nursing for their mother, Margaret Robinson, did cause the death of the said Margaret Robinson, thereby committing the crime of manslaughter, Mr. Donnelly appeared for the accused. At Ihe suggestion of Mr. Donnelly, SuljI nspec-tor Dwyer said he would endeavor to have the evidence ready bv Saturday, so that the ease could be beard in' time for the next sessions of the Supreme Court. The accused were remanded till' Saturday, bail being allowed accused in £IOO each, and one surety inch for a similar amount.
