SOCIALISTS AND SOCIALISM.
To the Editor. Sir—ln a speech at the Roland Club I notice (per Press) that Mr. -I. 11. Parker stated that one of the objects was to combat Socialism. Now, I should like that gentleman to give, through the newspapers, his definition of it Socialist and the aims or aspirations of such! I take it that Mr. Parker has the courage of his convictions, and will be much obliged if he will take the trouble to explain as per above request. —I am, etc.. Captain PAKIIUKIRf.
