Received 11th, 1.2 a.m. London, May 10. llie election for the Dundee seat, rendered vacant by the raising of Mr Edmund Robertson (formerly Financial Secretary of the Admiralty) to the Peerage; resulted in the return of Mr. Winston Churchill, recently appointed to the Presidency of the Board of Trade, who was defeated by Unionist candidate (Mr. Joynston Hicks) for North-West Manchester two Weeks ago.
