TOM PRICE IX KM: LANL). ivoiidon. May 7. The Premier of South Australia, Mr T. Price, addressing the Rirmingham Clumber of Comment*, strongly supported the enfranchisement of women. He remarked that Australian women had not adopted tbe tactic-, of the J&iglinh suffragettes. Mr. Price condemned British merchants for purchasing Siberian butter, produced under the cruellest conditions, brcause it was a shilling a hundmlweight cheaper than Australian. Thoa, he said, they sacrificed all the lovely sentiment they .*» mueb advocated. He strongly recommended Imperial trade reciprocity.
