DRAFT CONSTITUTION" TO BE PREPARED. Received 6th. 11.10 p.m. Pretoria. Mav ii. The conference at Pretoria iinanitnously accepted the principle of closer anion. The recommendations to he hereafter submitted to the South African Parliaments include the appointment of delegates to a national convention for the purpose of framing a draft constitution.
