MR. HENNIKER HEATOX'S VIEWS. # London, April 30. Mr. Henniker Heaton, in the Financial Review of Reviews, advocates a rate of Id per word for sending telegrams throughout the world. He urges the Home and Colonial Go vernments to acquire all land lines and intra-Imperial cables at fair valuations and ho work them for the benefit of the whole people.
