PEARLING FLEET SCATTERED.
A DIfiASIKOI'S STORM. Perth, April 30. Ike disuter to the pearling fleet was 1 more aerious that wag at first believed. Th. itorm was sudden aud very sejrere. It did considerable damage ashore m well as at sea. The extent of the disaster is not yet known. The latest news is that two schooners and fifteen luggers were either smashed op or Sunk. Tm> whites named McLachlan am Gaskin, and about fifty colored men were drowned. He damage is mined at £IOOO. Altogether 200 boats' crews, aggre- • gating 2000 men, were affected*. Many are 'till missing. Some may lift re sheltered oil the coast. Arrangements have been made to :*earck for survivors.
