NATAL AND THE NATIVES.
Received 28th, ',1.38 p.m. Durban, April 28.
At the conclusion of a tour oi Zululand, the Governor of Natal, speaking at Verulam, <jaid the Government's proposals refuted the most wrongful charge that Natal was careless of the natives' interests. The Government wished to govern in the interests of both natives ■ad whites, only supremacy must be maintained.
