STRIKES V. ARBITRATION.
Received April 24, 10.30 p.m. Sydney, April 24. The Trade Union Congress, after e. lengthy debate, negatived the Labour Council's directions to unions to ignore (the Industrial Disputes Bill and rely on strikes. An amendment was carried that unions discuss and Una out the true contents of the Act before being compelled to uphold the Labour Council's decision.
