SIR R. HART'S RETIREMENT.
'Pekin, April 23. Sir Robert Hart, after 45 years' control of the Chinese Customs, has left the country for England on a year's leave of absence. He is not expected to Return. Sir Robert received a tremendous send, off from Pekin.
