The chairman* was emjxwened to convene a meeting l of the Board to consider the committee's re] toil. The committee appointed to enquire into the application of Mr. (I. A. Adlanr for variation of the terms of his lease rejn>rted that as the land was leased atan exceptionally low rental the commit' tee wa> surpri-ed that the application should have Wn made. They recommended that the bu*h >hould not be interfered with, and that the application !*• not entertained.
