Myers) linn convened a meeting ol citizens for to-morrow afternoon for consideration of the course of action. Amongst the so far offered, for the entertainment of our visitors are—Escort into port by a. flotilla of si earners and sailers, great official welcome by Parliament and municipality, a visit of the oHicers and some of the. ""■n to Kotorua, a great Maori gathering iii Victoria l'ark, a bull in the Drill Hall, an iuterprovincial football match, a special race meeting, an aquatic carnival, grand display by school children* and cad'etn, a round of sight-seeing, provision of a clubhouse for sailors, provision of a largo information bureau for seamen, arrangements for quekly converting American currency into' British, special excursions to places Of interest near the city, presentation of commemoration cards to each man of the lleet, and arrangement of automobile trips.
