Skeglund. lion, secretary to the Taranaki Rugby Union, has received €5 5s from the Otago Rugby Football Union and £1 Is from Southland Itugby Unron towards thp Alf. Bayly Memorial Fund. Other replies to the circular sent out arc not yet to hand.
THE ASSOCIATION GAME. The local club meet for practice this • Thursday* afternoon at 2.30. Every member is requested to roll up. as this will probably be the linal practice before the fixtures commence. Next week a fiiciidly match i, to be played with Stratford.
